Randolph Rosarion M.D., Certified MRO (Medical Review Officer), certified by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC), performs the full, comprehensive Merchant Mariner Credential Medical evaluation, and completes Form 719-K-Application for Merchant Mariner Medical Certificate. Mariner applicants that require DOT drug testing can be drug tested immediately and Dr. Rosarion will complete Form 719-P-DOT/USCG Periodic Drug Testing Form, in order for applicant to meet USCG requirements. All drug test results will be received directly by Dr. Rosarion from a SAMSHA certified laboratory. Form 719-P will then be completed in an expedited manner to save the mariner time. In addition, mariners that need to be enrolled in a DOT Drug and alcohol consortium can also be enrolled here, as well as mariners needing special testing such as audiometer, and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).
